Pastor Jerry Johnston

Born May 12, 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jerry met his wife Cristie Jo Huf of Grand Rapids , Michigan. Since their wedding day on March 6, 1979, Jerry has been a devoted husband to Cristie, a loving father of three children, Danielle married to Rev. Christian Newsome, Jeremiah married to Audrey, and Jenilee married to Jeff Mullikin. He is the proud Papa of four grandchildren, Christian, Kasey, Lily Faith and Justen.

Pastor Johnston was led by God to establish a church after seventeen years of an itinerate and international evangelistic ministry. He is a versatile communicator of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a convincing style that motivates and inspires audiences of all ages. For more than thirty years he has presented sensitive and vital issues that challenge today’s audiences in a manner that makes a true difference in their lives. He has a sincere and heartfelt passion to reach those who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, help them discover their spiritual gifts, challenge them to mature in their faith, and equip them for a life of service to Jesus Christ.

Pastor Johnston received his BA-Biblical Studies degree from the Midwestern Baptist College, SBC, Master of Divinity Degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, SBC and will graduate in May of 2012 with a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Acadia University’s Divinity College.
